SkyChoice Communications is committed to respect the privacy of individuals and recognizes a need for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you provide to us.     2. All our internal systems and database servers are protected behind our corporate firewall to ensure they cannot be compromised over the Internet.
    3. All our payment and billing systems are PCI compliant and recertified on an annual basis
    4. Electronic customer files are kept in a highly secured environment with restricted access. Paper-based files are stored in locked filing cabinets. Access is also restricted. We manage our server environment appropriately and our firewall infrastructure is strictly adhered to.
    5. Our security practices are reviewed on a regular basis and we routinely employ current technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of your information is not compromised.

  4. Your role in protecting Personal Information
    1. Please note that the SkyChoice Privacy Policy and our use of your Personal Information only applies to the information you provide directly to us.
    2. We are not responsible if you disclose Personal Information or personally sensitive data through use of our Internet service to any third party such as chat rooms, communities, bulletin boards, social media or other public online forums as these are controlled by organizations outside of our control.
    3. It is your responsibility to review the privacy statements of any person or company to whom you choose to link, from or through the use of any of our Internet services
    4. Do not share your Personal Information such as bank card numbers, credit card numbers, associated pin numbers or Social Insurance numbers unless you clearly understand the purpose of the request and you know with whom you are dealing.

    1. Any changes to our privacy policy and information handling practices will be acknowledged in this privacy policy in a timely manner.
    2. We may add, modify or remove portions of this privacy policy when we feel it is appropriate to do so.
